Tell us about yourself

I qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Atkins Hope Solicitors in the same year.

What’s your Expertise?

I specialise in children work and domestic violence cases.

What do you offer clients of Atkins Hope Solicitors?

I would summarise by saying I am friendly, approachable and honest. I will always make time for clients and from the outset I will ensure clients feel comfortable telling me about their case. I never want them to feel rushed and that they can contact me anytime they have a question or a concern.

As a strong minded person, I have the persistence to continue fighting for something that I truly believe in. My clients get total dedication from me.

I provide home visits where clients are unable to attend the office.

What else would you like to tell us about your role?

I have a good depth of experience because I worked my way up starting as an outdoor clerk, then a paralegal before qualifying as a solicitor. I started my law career very young – at 16 – so I have a greater knowledge and a more mature attitude than is perhaps dictated by my age.

Specialist Panel and Association Membership show you have reached a notable level of expertise and experience in your specialist area of law. Do you belong to any of these?

I am working my way towards Law Society Children Panel, membership of which commands adherence to strict criteria.

Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

When I was 16 years old, I spent every school holiday working as an outdoor clerk in a law firm which was where my desire to become a lawyer came from.

These days, when I’m not taking care of clients at Atkins Hope, I work on a rota at the Family Justice Centre advising victims of domestic violence.

I am a parent, I speak fluent Greek and I am CRB checked.

Do you have something intriguing to leave us with?

I am a professional cake maker! I mainly create wedding, Christening and birthday cakes – but orders will be taken for any other occasion!
