Laurence Muddiman

Laurence is a solicitor in the wills and probate department. He is experienced in drafting wills and power of attorney documents and has a busy caseload of probate work, including acting for executors in the administration of and distribution of estates, applying for grant of probate and advising and acting for administrators of an estate where no will was made. Many of his cases have an international element with assets abroad.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Laurence worked for many years as a paralegal in family and debt collection work; he is also experienced in property matters in particular housing possession proceedings.
