Recent work.

Miriam recently represented a Polish father in care proceedings; the concerns were about the mother who was mentally unwell. Miriam provided her client with clear and realistic advice ensuring that he and his daughter were able to return to Poland.

In another case, Miriam represented a mother in care proceedings who was originally from Somalia and accused of neglecting her child. The mother followed Miriam's advice and the child was returned with the Local Authority being forced to provide them with adequate support.
